During the Evaluation step of consulting, Telco Planning consultants are hands-on solutions providers. Business Line Operations personnel are not able to focus on the long-term deployment of new technologies that have not been provisioned before.
After the Prototype Concept step, Telco Planning Consultants take the approved plan to working proto-type. After making the technology work, the consultants document successes and considerations and then propose product deployment configurations.
Our work during this period is to guarantee the solution we have identified and allow for the operation to be evaluated. When proposing the movement to a new product, the Business Line Operations personnel are consulted for their suggestions to work inside the client business.
Network Device Configuration Certifications
Many of the Commercial-Off-The-Shelf OSS/BSS pioneers soon found that their modules and products were not replicable from one carrier to the next.
Telco Planning participates in vendor consultant liaison and user groups to obtain the baseline training for virtually any network product. We work with the vendors to incorporate the necessary changes to support the prototype technology, load the upgrades and report back the results.
Installation
Telco Planning has been and can be licensed for low energy installation projects but we limit the work to the lab environment for the proto-type solutions. We are not prepared to take the installation to market.
Filings
During the go-to-market step of consulting, Telco Planning has filed the necessary registrations and tariffs. Telco Planning continues to contribute to Public Comment proceedings to explain the impact technologies and applications in the planning stages will impact consumers base on the methods deployed by network operators.
